Artists Like Majelen: If You Love The Beaches, G Flip, Ed Sheeran and More

Finding new music often starts with an artist someone already loves.

For fans of guitar-driven pop-rock, acoustic singer-songwriters, energetic female-fronted music and creative live performances, Australian musician Majelen offers an exciting artist to discover.

Blending acoustic guitar, pop-rock songwriting, live looping and heartfelt lyrics, Majelen brings together several musical worlds. Her sound is independent and distinctive, but there are connections with artists across pop, rock, alternative and acoustic music.

If artists like The Beaches, G Flip, Ed Sheeran, Fletcher, Lindsey Stirling, Imagine Dragons or Steph Strings are already in your playlists, Majelen might be another name worth exploring.

If you love Ed Sheeran

Fans of Ed Sheeran may appreciate Majelen's combination of acoustic guitar, melodic songwriting and solo performance.

Both artists demonstrate how a single musician can create a much bigger sound through guitar, vocals and looping technology.

Majelen takes this approach into her own pop-rock songwriting, building layered arrangements and performing original songs that explore love, relationships and life.

For listeners who enjoy acoustic artists with strong melodies and a creative approach to live performance, Majelen is worth discovering.

If you love Tash Sultana and Steph Strings

For fans of musicians who make the guitar an essential part of their sound, Majelen offers another artist to explore.

Tash Sultana is known for multi-instrumental performances and building complex musical arrangements through live looping, while Steph Strings brings together acoustic guitar, folk, roots and fingerstyle influences.

Majelen shares an appreciation for guitar-driven music and the creative possibilities of performing as a solo musician.

Her own approach combines guitar, vocals and looping with accessible pop-rock songwriting.

If you love G Flip and The Beaches

Fans of G Flip and The Beaches may be drawn to Majelen's pop-rock energy, strong melodies and celebration of individuality.

G Flip combines drums, pop and rock influences with an expressive songwriting style, while Canadian band The Beaches bring a bold, guitar-driven alternative rock sound.

Majelen brings a different musical format to this space, performing as a solo artist rather than a full band, but shares an interest in energetic pop-rock music and songs that connect with people.

If you love Fletcher

Fletcher's music is known for emotionally direct pop songwriting and an open queer perspective.

For listeners who enjoy artists who are comfortable expressing their identity and exploring relationships through music, Majelen offers another independent lesbian singer-songwriter to discover.

As a lesbian artist, Majelen creates music that explores love, relationships and connection, while bringing her own experiences and personality into her work.

Her music sits closer to acoustic pop-rock, but the shared appeal of honest songwriting and authentic expression makes this a natural connection.

If you love Lindsey Stirling

Lindsey Stirling is known for combining violin performance with electronic music, dance and theatrical visual elements.

While Majelen's musical style is built around guitar, vocals and live looping rather than violin and electronic dance music, there is a shared appreciation for the possibilities of a solo musician creating a complete performance.

Both artists demonstrate that a single performer can build an engaging musical experience through musicianship, technology and creativity.

If you love Imagine Dragons

For listeners who enjoy big melodies, energetic choruses and alternative pop-rock, Majelen's music offers another direction to explore.

Imagine Dragons are known for their anthemic approach to pop-rock, while Majelen brings a more acoustic and guitar-led perspective to her songwriting.

Her live looping performances help add rhythmic layers and energy to songs that begin with the intimacy of a solo performer.
